She attempts to help her client embrace the challenges faced in life and learn how to overcome them from a holistic perspective. She believes that all aspects of one’s life affect each other, and she hopes to be able to help her clients to live a well-balanced, mindful, and a purposeful life. She believes everyone is worthy of living this fulfilling life, and is grateful to have the opportunity to work WITH her clients on their journey. She draws from her interest in yoga and meditation and hopes to inspire her patients to acknowledge their worth and to live fulfilling lives. Maria is a member of the American Counseling Association.
