Congruent Counseling offers a full DBT informed treatment program.  As we are growing and expanding, we need LG’s, LM’s, and LC’s interested in working with our program in all four locations.  We will teach you the skills and work with you to help us teach the skills to our DBT clients.

Full time benefits can include health insurance, retirement matching, sick leave, a very flexible schedule, and vacation time.  We need therapists for individual, couples, or family therapy in Columbia, Towson, Millersville, and/or Eldersburg. Counselors can work in one or multiple locations – from day to day or split days.
