Maria Adamos, LCPC
Maria is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and co-facilitates the Adult Intensive Outpatient Program and Adult Outpatient Program. She also sees client individually focusing on psychological disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Aaron Brager, MS, CAC-AD
Aaron is responsible for coordinating services at our Eldersburg location - facilitating adult education and treatment groups throughout the week and co-facilitating the Young Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Columbia.
Lisa Cohen, LCPC, CAC-AD
Lisa is a Certified Associate Counselor Alcohol and Drug as well as the Director of Adolescent Substance Treatment Services. She has a strong desire to help kids succeed and is responsible for five different levels of adolescent education and treatment.

Mark Donovan, LCPC, LCADC
Mark is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor as well as the CEO of CCS. He specializes in working with depressed, acting out, dually diagnosed teens and their families.

Katie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who is DBT trained and works as an individual and family therapist. She is also the Vice President of CCS, the Director of Adult Substance Treatment Services,
Mackenzie Fleming, LGPC
Mackenzie is a Licensed Graduate Profession Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She has extensive experience working with children and provides a safe space for her clients.

Meghan Hesterberg, MS, CAC-AD
Meghan is a Certified Addictions Counselor and co-facilitates the Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). She is also responsible for the Anger Management Program in Millersville.

Sarah Hoffmaster, ADT
Sarah is an Alcohol and Drug Counselor trainee. She co-facilitates the Intensive Outpatient Group for Adult Substance abuse, the Outpatient Group for Teen Substance Abuse, the DBT Group for Teens and leads the Teen Early Intervention Group for Substance Abuse.
Rod Wright, LCPC, NCC
Rod is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor. He works with teens, young adults, and anger management teams in addition to co-facilitating the Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and the Adult Outpatient Program (OP).
Shannon Brill, PMHNP
Shannon is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in various settings. She sees patients over the age of 18 and has treated a large range of psychiatric disorders.
LaTonya Carroll DNP, APRN
LaTonya earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology at the Central State University. She attended Mount St. Joseph University where she earned a Master of Science in Nursing for her initial licensure as a RN.

N. Joseph Gagliardi, M.D.
Dr. Gagliardi, has worked in the field of addictions since 1972 as a consultant developing prevention programs, an addictions counselor, a Family Physician, an Addiction Medicine Specialist and an adjunct assistant professor.
Timothy Lacy, M.D.
Dr. Lacy is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and Psychiatric Consultant. He likes to integrate herbal, nutritional, and other alternative somatic treatments with traditional psychiatric care.
Joshua Rosenthal, M.D.
Dr. Rosenthal is the Medical Direct for CSS's Intensive Outpatient Program and a Psychiatric Consultant for Integrative Counseling. He has treated a broad range of psychiatric disorders and has experience with clinical trials of new medications.
