Aaron is responsible for coordinating services at our Eldersburg location - facilitating adult education and treatment groups throughout the week and co-facilitating the Young Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Columbia.
Elizabeth Brandon, LMSW, DBT-C
Elizabeth is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker and is a nationally certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist. She works with clients of all ages and utilizes a variety of evidence-based treatment options.
Zach Carhart, LGPC
Zach Carhart is a Licensed Graduate professional counselor (LGPC), currently working towards his clinical license. Zach focuses on the whole person, spirit, mind, and body; he believes in the power of a story and that each individual life story is unique and can bring healing and growth.
Lisa Cohen, LCPC, CAC-AD
Lisa is a Certified Associate Counselor Alcohol and Drug as well as the Director of Adolescent Substance Treatment Services. She has a strong desire to help kids succeed and is responsible for five different levels of adolescent education and treatment.

Eric Conway is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who graduated from Hood College with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. “I believe anyone can recover. Rachel DiComo, LGPC
Rachel DiComo is a licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She uses a holistic approach to treatment focusing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but also incorporates other modalities depending on the individual client's needs.

Christine Foote, LCADC
Christine Foote is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and holds a Masters of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling. Christine is a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist, whose treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns.

Shannon Garrett, LMSW, LCADC
Mr. Garrett has experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, families and couples. As well as treating substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD or when life just seems to generally suck.
Katia is a Substance Use Disorder group aid who is a pending Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC). She has experience working with adolescents in an intensive outpatient setting and provides a safe space for her clients and their families.

Meghan is a Certified Addictions Counselor and co-facilitates the Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). She is also responsible for the Anger Management Program in Millersville.

Candice Kordish, LGPC
Candice has worked with individuals of various ages and backgrounds who present with a variety of psychological issues including ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, and Substance Use Disorder.
Emily Neidenberg, LMSW
Emily views clients as experts in their own experiences and utilizes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing techniques.

Adam Reed, ADT
Adam is an Alcohol and Drug Trainee (ADT) working on receiving his Associate of Applied Science in Human Services Counseling from the Community College of Baltimore County, with an interest in DBT.
Joshua Rosenthal, M.D.
Dr. Rosenthal is the Medical Director for CCS's Intensive Outpatient Program and a Psychiatric Consultant for Integrative Counseling. He has treated a broad range of psychiatric disorders and has experience with clinical trials of new medications.
