Her approach integrates evidence-based psychiatric medication management with psychodynamic and cognitive principles, recognizing that each person’s experiences, relationships, and life circumstances shape emotional well-being. Bridget believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective psychiatric care and strives to create a warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in their treatment.
Outside of clinical practice, Bridget is passionate about animal welfare and environmental stewardship. She believes that our relationship with the natural world has a meaningful influence on emotional well-being and values approaches to wellness that recognize the connection between mental health, lifestyle, and the environment.
