Life is hard. It can help to talk about it. Ellie aims to create a safe, calm space to identify and address difficulties and assist with making positive change. Ellie will work with you to create insight, lessen emotional pain and make long-term changes to create a life worth living. During your first visit you can expect a conversation exploring what brings you to therapy. You’ll explore together what you are looking for and determine if this therapeutic relationship is a good fit and take it from there.
