Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Meghan Hesterberg is responsible for coordinating services in our Millersville location. She co-facilitates the Adult Intensive Outpatient Program ( IOP ). She is also responsible for the Anger Management Program in Millersville. Meghan conducts all levels of education, outpatient treatment and DUI/DWI programs in Millersville. 

Meghan obtained her B.S. degree in Sociology from Dominican College, Orangeburg, New York, in May, 2008. She obtained her M.S. in Substance Abuse Counseling from Coppin State University, Baltimore, Maryland, in May, 2014. She also obtained her CAC-AD in May 2016, and her LCPC and LCADC in 2021.
